DFWindie was launched on 6/19/2007 as a free filmmaker forum.

THE FORUMS

Currently the forum has over 400 members, over 6,000 posts and over 800 discussion threads.  There are a wide variety of registered members, some of which include producers, directors, cinematographers, actors, screenwriters and various crew members.  The forum has been a longtime advocate of supporting collaboration and the pooling of resources to complete film projects.  Our registered forum members receive free updates on local events and gain access to send out updates to all members.  To register for free as a forum member please visit the following:   sign up

OTHER RESOURCES

A lot of the new resources such as the film directory, talent directory, production chart and breaking news  section are constantly being updated to include more information.  If you have any suggestions or feel something should be added to any of these new sections, feel free to contact us.

VOLUNTEERS

The DFWindie network is fueled by the volunteers that keep it running.  If you are interested in getting involved and supporting the cause, the first step is to start contributing on the forum by posting and being an active member in the community.
